Dr. Elliston is professional, kind, and caring. He is engaging and has a wonderful bedside manner.
He is a good listener, patient with me when I feel like I'm rambling on. He makes me feel like I'm not as much of a mess as I think I am. I feel more like change is possible after talking with him.

Most uncaring, unpersonal experience with a doctor's office. Very rigid rules for people seeking mental health help. Had to cancel a telehealth appointment when I was waiting for the doc to answer and his staff called to tell me I would have to pay for the visit bc Medicare did not pay for it. Why didn't they let me know that when they confirmed the appointment? Instead they sent a nasty letter saying if I cancelled too many appointments they would need to dismiss me. This was my first cancellation!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Elliston for several years. I appreciated his medical care and liked him personally. However, something changed in his practice, and it became a factory where a patient is made to feel uncared for. This office is run like a cable company, where individual patients no longer matter because of the sheer volume of business.
