I brought my watch to them after another jeweler failed to dislodge my watch back/battery cover. Not only did they do a fantastic job fixing the problem and replacing the battery, they were also quite enlightening. While we waited, they kept my daughter, wife and myself entertained with all types of facts about precious stones and their origin. Genuinely sweet people, and i would recommend them for any job. I will go back to them again, because of this visit. This was a couple days ago.
