I greatly appreciated the friendly staff. They were very thorough when explaining what procedures were going to be performed from cleaning the wax out of my ears to the hearing test I was going to have done. I new already that I have experienced some hearing loss for a few years in which the doctor explained to me just how much hearing loss I had. We've been with Dr. V for as long as he's been there and we love him. He see's pretty much my entire family, including my parents and we've never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever had any serious issues, but if there is ever a question, they are very quick to help and solve the problem. I haven't noticed any difference at all since they changed to being affiliated with MU, and I am there a few times a year for myself and then whenever my daughter needs to be seen. I had surgery recently on my foot and I would highly recommend MOI as a place to go for any orthopedic surgery you might need. My preop nurse Sheri was extremely professional and nice. The anesthesiologist was accommodating to my needs and wishes. The nurse anesthetist Heather and circulating nurse Annette were very friendly and made sure my questions were answered before going back to surgery. Amazing staff, they went over and above the call of duty. Helpful in every way. Some of the most personable hospital workers I have ever met. Housekeeping is extremely efficient. We are beyond blessed to have had my dad sent here. Thank you Dr. Givens for referring him here.
