I showed up at 8:10 for an 8 appointment. I was told that the doctor we get to me as soon as possible. I waited until 10 when a nurse walked in the room and said the doctor would be with me shortly. I asked her if I could get an x-ray that I was supposed to have while I was waiting. 3 minutes later an x-ray technician came in took x-rays brought me back to my room, and it is now 10:57 and I still have not seen the doctor. My daughter had an MRI 3 days ago on her foot. They told us they'd call us for sure by the next day with results. I have now called 4 times! 1 of those times was to tell them she is having increased pain and having new issues. My calls have not been returned. I'm infuriated!
RecommendedDr. Hunter is my hero. He has done everything to provide me with the best possible care. He has made these past 6 weeks not so scary. Anytime I call he gets me right in and ALWAYS takes the time to explain things to me. I’m blessed to call him my doctor.
