Customer Service in horrendous. I would avoid any procedure with Dr Stannard or his nurse Nicole. Ten days after surgery and he still will not tell me what he did. I have to wait until he is back in town after oct 4 even though I have an oct 3 appt. Don’t worry he has a few Wed in Oct available even though I work every Wed.
RecommendedWe travel from central Nebraska to see Dr Sherman for my son’s rare knee condition. He had Bio Joint surgery 14 months ago and was just released to play sports for the first time in 3 years! The staff is wonderful and so worth the trip!
I have been using them for nearly 10 years off and on and the quality of customer service has become literally the worst I have ever seen (in any industry). Not only do they not follow-up or return calls when they are supposed to, the office staff have a horrible case of not giving a crap about any of the patients. After leaving 5-6 messages over 5 days returning their call they can't even apologize or act like they care they are completely neglecting their customers. Very caring staff, nurses, and doctors who do everything they can to make sure your appointment goes smoothly
Today I was having a lot of pain so they managed to get me squeezed in for an MRI today. Spencer helped me get my prior authorization for my insurance just minutes before I went in for the MRI; he was so helpful and pleasant.

RecommendedMy experience here has been very good. I explained my condition and everything that I have been through. The Dr explained on what needed to be done, and a course of action that require endoscopies, monitoring and scans. The Dr was very knowledgeable with my condition and took time to answer our questions and explained everything to us. 5 stars
