Elliott's Jewelry has been my family's favorite jewelry store since 1970, when it was located at Springdale Mall. We have always received wonderful customer service. We use Elliott's for new jewelry purchases, jewelry repair, redesign of old jewelry pieces, and design of new pieces. We love Elliott's!
I bought my engagement ring at Elliott's and had a great experience. I knew little to nothing about diamonds and the staff was excellent and patient with my decision. No slick sales methods like you'd get at a big box. I would highly recommend Elliott's to any potential engagement ring buyer.
I went to Elliott's yesterday & although they were closed for inventory, one of the jewelers saw me pull up & was kind enough to walk out to my car & ask what he could help me with. I went back today & since they were unexpectedly closed when I arrived yesterday, he adjusted my bracelet at no charge. They have the best customer service & I will gladly suggest them to anyone & everyone!

I love, love, love Elliott's! They have gorgeous jewelry at affordable prices! When you walk in, you are genuinely welcomed! Above that, ALL the ladies (and TJ, of course) are sooo friendly, sweet, fun while being professional and knowledgeable about their jewelry and other merchandise....stones, gold, silver, watches, etc. Elliott's is much more than, just a jewelry store, it's home away from home! Elliott's will always have my business!
I went into Elliott's to have my grandmothers 80 year old bracelet repaired. ( I was nervous for sentimental reasons)When I went to pick it up it looked brand new he put new stones in and cleaned it like new! Because they were all so welcoming I started looking on my way out and bought a gorgeous necklace for a great price! They are wonderful and a very friendly group I would highly recommend doing business with Elliott's!
My daughter and I visited Elliott's Fine Jewelry today. Everyone was most helpful and friendly and made sure we were happy when we left. Thank you!
