Made appointment 2 weeks prior for furnace not working, and cleaning vents. Day of appointment, which was from 1-4pm. I waited around. Called to make sure I didn't miss them. Due to watching tv. Glad I did call. Just to find out that hvac guy decided to change the day of my appointment without any type of contact to make sure it was ok. And I can't do the next day. Both daughter and I have family doctor appointments. So my experience with them is knull and void. I don't do this type of business with people. I will gladly pay... read more
Joshua Keel performed Fall maintenance on our furnace. He was very thorough and attentive to detail. Very professional and personable. We were happy with the service and cost.
After getting my new HVAC system whenever I turned on the gas oven, the Ecobee thermostat gave me a warning message that the air quality in my home was POOR. I'm a relatively new homeowner and had never cooked with gas. I Googled the make/model of my range to find out there is a major Recall for carbon monoxide poisoning! I have started the recall process and am so thankful for the new thermostat!
He seemed knowledgeable about this problem and was very courteous. Was also very helpful too!
