I purchased our 2014 Ford Flex there 3 months ago under there certified preowned program. Obviously they forgot to check the windshield washer pump because it didn't work. So I went in for 1st free oil change thinking I could get it fixed then. But left 2 1/2 hours later without the oil change or a windshield washer pump. Buyer beware.
