I recently purchased a 2018 Ford XLT and I’m not happy with it. My salesman was Kevin Blunt and cannot get him to call me back until today after I spoke with his manager. I asked him for the owners manual and also to get me out of this truck which I’ve been trying to call him since the day I purchase it. I have texted him and nothing. I talked to Kevin today and he said he would check with his sales manager and would call me back today have not heard anything from him. Kevin Blunt I would not recommend anybody to him.

I was very disappointed today when I visited. I wanted to look at a Ford Escape. My husband and I wandered the lot for about 20 minutes and looked at all the SUVs and then walked into the showroom and stood for about 10 minutes. Other than a few people saying hello as they looked up from their phones to make sure they didn’t run into us as they walked by, no one spoke to us.
