Called to get a starter cord for an ancient Scott Bonner scarifier. When I queried about the installation the salesman took me out back to the service centre. Rather than explain the involved process to me the serviceman took it to the workshop returning 5 minutes later with the job completed. He also came back with another service personnel who gave me a maintenance tip to keep it working in the long term. Deserves more than 5 stars for the excellent service.
