I had a nice simple job that I had been struggling with for weeks. They showed up (on time, actually early) & had it fixed quickly. I felt like it was a bit expensive at first, but there were a few things that I was paying for besides parts & labor: getting it done right, quality parts (I had bought a cheap part & that was going poorly), and experience that only comes with seeing the same problem hundreds of times. They answered all of my questions, cleaned up the area & were polite/respectful. Thank you!
Plumbing Pros was the first company to contact me and had an availability first thing in the morning for a free consultation. As you know, plumbing is an urgent issue so I appreciate they were able to get out there quickly and truthfully provide me a good consultation without trying to sell me something I didn't need at the time just to make another buck.
