Fair pricing, polite, well presented , cleaned up area after a job that had to be messy. ( concrete chipped out for a new island outlet). Will definitely use them for further work.
My problem was not simpler too diagnose, but Electric Pros' technician kept after the diagnostic process to finally figure out the problem and fix it. Great work!
They are very fair! We thought it was something simple and it turned out being a much bigger issue. But they were great about pricing and all our electrical sockets are now working well! :-) totally recommend them!
$215 to flip a GFI switch and fix one recessed light fixture seemed VERY high to me
Late arrival for my appointment time; however, Technician was courteous and apologetic. Installed new switches and re-routed wiring to pool timers. Over all very pleased with the work, but I thought it was a bit pricey. Would utilize company again if needed.
It was a relatively simple thing that they quoted the job at an half hour. It ended up being 2 hours that I was billed for that included time where he wasn't doing anything while I was out shopping for the supplies. I was told in advance that I would be getting a discount because I had some of the supplies and that was a benefit.
Herman was the electrician that came to my house from electric pros. He was very professional and completed the job effectively and efficiently. Will use again.
I would absolutely recommend Electric Pros. I had electrical outlets and lights installed in my garage and I felt like they did a great job. I gave four stars on work quality because the technician had to abandon the idea of running wires through my walls in favor of running wires through external conduit which left a hole in my wall that was covered up by an outlet box.
