When I lived here the Maintance man broke into my house and tried to change the lock to make it seem like it wasn’t him, even with our evidence and camera the manager at that time didn’t believe us. The gate never worked and the staff was horrible. This was in 2011, they might have changed.
Monterra Pointe apartments took care of any needs we may have needed in the timeframe asked for. Their customer services is great. I moved away 2 years ago, but I would move back.
