Ellie is definitely one of the best property managers in the SF Bay Area, if not THE best. She not only helped us find a great house to rent but for any issues we encountered after we moved in, she is always professional and really goes the extra mile to provide a really attentive service. She is always really responsive to our requests, too! If anyone has the chance to work with her, I highly recommend her 100%!!

I highly recommend Ellie. I got to know her through a mutual friend, but I was surprised how professional and detail-oriented she is as a realtor. I am actually still in touch with her for all kind of property related questions, almost a year after our closing. She is very patient and candid, and she helped us to choose the property that suits us best, despite that we only have two weekends to checkout all the open houses. I am very glad and I feel very lucky that I have met her.

Ellie is very patient and willing to point out the pros and cons of each property in her honest opinion. My mom lives in Taiwan and there had been multiple times where she would have to serve as a middle person to explain things in detail to my mom about properties, policies, rules, etc over the phone while I was at work.
