My wife and I found an amazing therapist then all the sudden there was a change in management that let our therapist go. No warning, goodbyes or time to transfer to another company during such a delicate time inour lifes. Shame on Ellie Mental Health! You of all companies should know how your actions affect those struggling and in need of help.

My therapist randomly leaves? No notice, he was a great guy. Now I’m back to looking. Then I get a bill for calling in on a day when I had a severe flu. They will charge you for cancellation. Pick a different place.

I had been seeing a therapist with Ellie for over a year and a half. I guess they just let her go. She would have never left us hanging like this. No notice to us patients, no transfer of care. The company just let us go weeks without care right as seasonal depression hits. Went from weekly appointments to nothing. Didn’t hear anything till I reached out. Now me and I’m sure like many other patients are expected to build all new relationship, and trust with someone new. Very unprofessional and damaging to our mental health!!
