Our therapist was nice, but we constantly had issues trying to pay. I couldn’t get on to the portal so she made the payments in the office but always had trouble saving my card on file. We decided to go a different route for my son’s needs and knew I would eventually get an invoice because of the payment problems. Months later I finally received that invoice and miraculously could get on the portal. The invoice stated I owed one amount, with the itemized charges, but the portal stated I owed more. My review seems to be constantly taken down. This place is horrible My therapist was constantly late and or she would cancel my sessions. She would often forget and get me confused with her other clients. I will be back to check to see if this review is still up and I will keep submitting it, every day if I have to. I will not be silenced!
The therapist I had while going here really help me with dbt therapy and I improved alot,the place feels really comfortable and they are very nice and professional
