I have been seeing Trish McNeil with Ellie for more than a year. When I started seeing her, I was in crisis. When I see her, I do not feel judged and she’s willing to listen, even if it doesn’t make sense to her at first. She has been a positive influence on my life.
I was only able to complete two visits as a new patient. Both of my sessions the therapist was late. Then the week of July 14 through July 18 she tried to reschedule to three different dates for being late. At that point, I decided to request a new therapist. I have not heard back from Ellie mental health since July 17, even after emailing the director as requested by their own hotline to share my experience. I absolutely LOVE Ms Lynette. She is so kind and calm. She is very understanding as well. She has really helped me with my mental health.
I had an appointment with Miranda Linville at Ellie Mental Health in Indianapolis. Initially, our conversation began on a positive note as we bonded over our shared love for animals. However, when I brought up my previous therapy experience in another state and expressed my doubts about its effectiveness, her demeanor shifted drastically. Signing up and making an appointment as a new patient took 30 minutes via phone. Then we check into our virtual appointment today for 3PM and for 38 minutes we were waiting for the provider to start the appointment. As soon as I sent a message in the patient portal app, it said "canceled". Certainly not by me. Disappointed and hoping that we can get another appointment as we do need help.
