I had a frustrating experience with billing.I was charged amounts I wasn’t aware of, and there was little transparency in the billing process. Despite trying to resolve the issue, I didn’t receive clear communication or support. It’s disappointing because I expected a more professional and straightforward experience. If you’re considering this office, I’d recommend carefully reviewing all billing policies in advance to avoid unexpected charges.

I have been a client with Ellie Mental Health since April of 2023. Not once has the client portal worked on the website and I have been stuck using a mobile app that only works on occasion for virtual appointments. Despite repeated claims that the problem would be resolved, in the nearly year I’ve been with Ellie Mental Health has anything improved for the client portal.
