A truly amazing experience at Ellie Mental Health. Really love the environment here. I felt welcomed and cared for. It's calm and inviting and doesn’t feel intimidating at all. Briana King has consistently been a wonderful therapist for me for over a year! I am incredibly thankful for her insight, guidance, and personability. She is someone who genuinely specializes in LGBTQIA+ therapy and has made me feel comfortable talking with her about anything and everything. I am so thankful to have found her!
Absolute worst experience that I have ever had with a mental health facility. It appears they outsource one of the most important parts of matching someone to a therapist. Instead of personal in house matching they outsource this task. I was mismatched to someone who clearly did not have the experience to treat what I specifically outlined in my notes.
