This place is a joke, if you try to reach anybody, you get disconnected or told you’re not there, I am very concerned about a family member. I’ve been trying to reach day after day. I get a as far as hearing her voice and then get disconnected. The phone just rings and rings and then it says this person has no voicemail. What if I was in crisis I pray to God that they take better care of their patience.

Ellie Mental Health is exactly the type of clinic that St. Pete desperately needed. The kindness and compassion that radiated from the staff did not go unnoticed during my visit. I was initially very nervous, but felt an overwhelming sense of calmness as soon as I walked through the door.
