RecommendedStaff was polite and patient. the office was very clean, open and welcoming. The wait time was short and they were great with my daughter! Really wanted to share this and let everyone know how wonderful they are! If you work with me they are also in our insurance network!
Extremely rude staff. Would not release prescription until insurance paid them. Insurance confirms they paid out 21 days ago. Could not trouble themselves to print the paper for me, because they had "customers." So essentially they wouldn't fix their mistake, for a customer, because they had other customers to make money off of. It shouldn't take 24 hours to press print on a computer, especially when you made the mistake about not being paid.
