The emergency room staff is friendly and accommodating. In and out with an X-ray in 45 minutes. They even wheeled me to my car so I didn’t slip on the ice with my crutches. Great experience at Ellenville Regional Hospital!!!
The Physical Therapy office is unprofessional and nasty. I wouldn't recommend anyone goes there unless you would like to be mistreated.
Care in the emergency room was great this time. However, tried to contact finance department and all 5 extensions go to voicemail. If you have office hours stated on your billing statements, someone should be available at all times to answer a phone call unless otherwise noted.
Terrific Rehab Department! They really know how to heal the body and reduce pain.
After going there for my 2nd time in maybe 15 years for extreme pain that I have X-rays and mri showing what’s wrong I remember why I don’t go there to begin with. The PA that runs the er never wanted to look at my proofs but instead right off the bat tells me that he isn’t giving me anything whatever that means. I didn’t ask him for anything so basically told me wasn’t treating me for a reason unknown to me which is absurd being your in a emergency room. The ED is a joke. I went there a week ago with suspected MRSA. The PA didn't even touch me to examine the spot, and wasn't even going to test me after telling him my history. I had demand the swab. Now it's been a week, and they can't find my results. I'd suggest this ED only if you are already dead. They have one knowledgeable nurse in that entire department, the doctors are a joke.
My mother received excellent care last week during her recent stay. From the emergency room to the inpatient, everything was great. She was treated with respect and kindness. The staff was professional and attentive. The emergency room staff were right on her case, and it was a busy day. The nurses on the floor were great to her. Thank you ERH!! It's nice that we have a great place to go in the area.
