RecommendedKudos to PA David Williams and his ER team for saving a life. Last week Ted came to ER with gas pains and bloating. Instead of treating it as such,David did extensive tests to get to the root of the problem. The CT showed a large aortic aneurysm that was leaking. Through his quick action, Ted was medevaced to Albany Medical Center where he underwent immediate surgery. Thanks to the surgeons and staff at Albany and to David and staff at Ellen ville, Ted is recovering and doing well.
I love my local hospital. the Nurses are excellent - kind, compassionate and knowledgable. Thank you all.
As an EMT as well as a patient in the Emergency Department and Cardiac Rehab,. I can tell you that Ellenville Regional Hospital it's a blessing to our area. Good people doing good work to benefit the community and surrounding area.
