RecommendedI brought my son into Ellenton Urgent Care today for possible strep throat and had such a wonderful experience. When we arrived he was burning up and in tears because his throat hurt so bad. When we got to a room the nurse took his temp and brought him some Motrin. After Dr. P examined my son and swabbed his throat for a strep test, he brought my son a popsicle. This was such a great option for me today! When I woke up not feeling well, I knew getting into my primary was going to be impossible on a Monday so I made the quick trip over the bridge to Ellenton Urgent Care. Sooo glad that I did!! The staff was amazing! An added bonus is they even dispense medication (for cheaper than my pharmacy) so I didn’t have to deal with waiting for it at the pharmacy!!! Fabulous care!
Had a great experience here today. Well as great of an experience as one can have going to urgent care. Bad pain in my foot after shooting a wedding. Think it’s Gout, so they did bloodwork for me. Very clean rooms and super friendly staff from the front desk to the PA and attendants who treated me. Wish every medical experience I’ve had was this pleasant.

I’ve never been to a more caring and compassionate urgent care. As soon as I walked in, their whole staff was sympathetic and understood that not feeling well isn’t fun. They were so helpful and clear about their procedures. Alex (PA) was absolutely fantastic!!!!! I will never go to another UC ever again, Ellenton is the only one I will go to. Thank you for being so kind and helpful to my sick self �
My husband received wonderful care today! The staff was pleasant and courteous and Alex the PA was awesome. Highly recommend!!
