Even though I had an appointment, they were still on schedule, and the office staff was very friendly getting us established as patients. The nurses had a great bedside manner and we never felt rushed during the appointment. Would definitely go back if the need arose.

So impressed with this urgent care clinic. I called at 645 to schedule an appt and they scheduled me for 7pm. The wait was minimal. The check in staff was very pleasant, the waiting room was clean. The PA was great with my 6 year old and got us in and out quickly with the answers we needed. So great to be able to get such excellent care so late in the evening after these providers have worked all day. I appreciate the Ellenton Urgent Care team and will continue to recommend them to family, friends and patients.
I’ve had the need to go to Ellenton Urgent Care a few times over the past year. Generally for someone in my house being dumb (see husband who cut his fingers open washing a knife and kid who stuck a bead up her nose 🙄). The staff is always very professional and thorough. They offer follow up care better than many primary care providers I’ve been to. The office itself is clean. Would not hesitate to bring anyone in my family there.
The people were friendly and very nice, but my daughter was given no actual exam. Also she was given two totally different diagnosis, in her chart it was stated she had a “type” of Bronchitis yet the paper sent home by the doctor stated DX: Influenza.. big difference.The general manager stated the dr took an educated guess that her bronchial tubes were inflamed🤷♀️Yet she never once coughed, it was the first day of any symptoms or fever yet the manager said it was to late to take a flu test...
