A great place to live near the USC campus! I lived here while I was a student and only ended up moving away to be closer to work. My landlords (Fred and Kyle) were always very responsive and happy to help with any problems in the apartment. Parking available under the building was also a HUGE plus. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
I lived next door at the sister apartment Trojan Terrace (managed by the same people) from 2018-2020. I was a doctoral student and have lived at many previous apartments, and I can honestly say I have never had a better experience than I did here. My apartment was clean upon move in, any/all issues that arose were taken care of swiftly and professionally. Kyle and Fred are the best!
Not worth at all. With only one AC in the living room, two bedrooms are not comfortable to live during summer. Termite appreared during hot days. Refrigerator is too old that the temp control does not function well. Two managers are very impatient. Kayle even argued with me the day I left the apartment for asking him to pay a check visit.
My son and his roommates had a very good experience here. Fred and his people were awesome to deal with. Convenient location for parking, groceries and school. Would rent again. Hi Fred!
