I have used Ellendale HVAC many times over the years, both at my residence and place of business. Their technicians always arrive promptly, quickly diagnose the problem and fix the issue. The pricing has always been fair. I also appreciate the fact that they clean up their mess when they leave.
Ellendale HVAC has been excellent to me for years. I had a unit that as my service guy would say was on Hospice for several years but they kept it running until it couldn’t go anymore. Always know rating systems like this are typically weighted heavily with a recency bias. I have been an Ellendale customer for about 10 years now. I keep coming back. A loyal customer because this team is responsive. And most recently, Ellendale fully honored a manufacturing warrany claim on a new HVAC installation. Condenser fan motor failed two years past the install date.
