Dr Arch and staff are incredible! What an amazing genetics specialist! She spent lots of time and details about my daughters intricate history. She mapped out a great plan on what things should look like going forward and asked lots of smart questions to get the info she needed to help guide her practice. I’m very impressed! .
Dr. Arch was incredible. She took her time and explained everything. She made sure I felt comfortable and that all my questions were answered. I felt like she truly cared about me as an individual. She made sure I had all the notes, information, and referrals I needed. She even checked to make sure I was emotionally okay after the diagnosis before she left the room. She an amazing doctor and human.
Considering the complexity of this genetic puzzle regarding our granddaughter, Dr. Ellen Arch , MD and geneticist, clearly explained & outlined plausible options with expertise-and compassion. Thoroughly, Dr. Arch investigated almost every component of the case not only with the patient; but also directly with family members via phone and assigned medical staff in SLC. .
