Ellen worked tirelessly with us for months. We hit some speed bumps of our own, but she never slowed down in helping us find a home. Once my house was listed I was able to feel confident that Ellen was on top of all inquiries, taking care of any issues in a timely manner. Ellen was very helpful in pricing my listing fairly and I was able to pick from multiple offers within a few days of the listing. Selling a house can at times be emotional and I felt Ellen was gentle with my concerns but also able to take out the emotion of the process.

This is my second experience working with Ellen and I wouldn't work with anyone else! Ellen and I worked together for about 1 year she was fantastic. We looked at every house that came up in my price range. She was able to guide me though the home-buying purchase which was not easy. My husband and I have purchased and sold several properties over the years, but I must say, with having Ellen facilitate our Sarasota purchase, this, by far, was the easiest transaction ever! Ellen is extremely professional, passionate, energetic and always cheerful! At times we felt guilty because of the amount of time she dedicated herself to us, regardless of the time of day. Ellen is a real go getter. She has helped me buy 2 houses and sell one. She has excellent suggestions as to what a house needs to be spruced up for sale. She is very knowledgeable and has the utmost integrity. She helped save me a bunch of money on a home equity loan because an agent was trying to take advantage of me. She is also very professional, yet fun to work with. She is also very honest with her opinions when asked. I would highly recommend her.
