We were so very fortunate to find Ellen. Her knowledge of the local community and real estate procedures, her honesty, her availability and responsiveness, and her superb negotiating skills enabled us to buy a lovely house in Sarasota within our price range. Her skill in writing a purchase agreement with contingencies for a house on which we had earlier made an offer saved us from a disaster, as the inspector discovered serious mold problems. Very highly recommended!
