I had contacted Ellason about removing 15-18 and within 2 days Ricky the owner came by to review the job site. Haley, who was my point of contact was fantastic. From the start to finish the crew on site was exceptional. They even advised if something wasn’t to my satisfaction they would come back and make any adjustments. I would highly recommend Ellason Tree service. 5 Stars!!
I recently had Brent Ellason, from Ellason Tree Service assess a leaning pine tree at my home after a strong wind event. He showed up several days after my request to assess the tree. Rather than suggesting for the tree's removal, he suggested leaving it in place. I greatly appreciate Brent's honesty and expertise. I highly recommend this company.
Ellason was contracted by newberry electric coop, or so i was under the impression since i saw their truck with a decal stating so, however NEC wouldnt tell me whom they contracted to do powerline right a way clearing. I was very disappointed to the point of outrage at the way they left my property. 1) they removed property line stakes installed by a surveyng company. 2) they left powerade bottles in yard. 3) they left a large sink hole where they ran over a decaying stump..they knew they did it because they left orange flag... read more
These are the kindest people I've spoken to while trying to get a cat out of a tree. I was laughed at by other companies because cats are supposed to come down on their own, but this one had been stuck with no way down for a week, and Ellasons came out and helped me the same day I called and contacted them. The owner and his wife and beyond kind and I wish I could give them a million stars. I didn't have any actual tree work, but the moment I do I will be calling them, and referring everyone I know to them as well.
Can't offer a good review. Understandably, the recent hurricane has everyone stretched pretty thin on resources and time. But to come out and 'offer' a quote to take a tree off a house, commit to a day when the work would be done ... only to be no-call no show several days afterward is egregious. If Ellason reads this, I say directly ... "If you are in the service business, Managing Expectations is top priority if you want to make people happy. No-call, no-show is the exact opposite.
