Wanted to do something fun for me and my daughter around the holiday season. So I made an appointment last night for us to come and have out nails done. My daughters turned out wonderful. However I am extremely unhappy with mine. She didn’t ask me to wash my hands. She did nothing with my cuticles. The lady did not get all the old polish off before we painting my nails. I absolutely love this place. I walked in and out of 4 salons before I decided to go to Ella's to chop off my hair and I'm more than satisfied. My stylist, Deb, did an AMAZING job. This salon is affordable with great customer service and quality. I will definately be returning for my touch ups.
