A hidden gem in RI. The hidden gem in Florida is the Perfect Caper in Punta Gorda also owned by the owners of Ella's.
Wonderful restaurant in a somewhat unexpected location. We loved it.
Excellent place. My husband and I went for our anniversary dinner... What a treat! I had Momma's chicken, delicious! He had the Miso Salmon, very good. Service was great, our waitress was very pleasant and friendly. She informed us the Chef/Owner just won against Bobby Flay on his tv show! The salads were excellent too, no boring salad with store dressing... It was all homemade and unique tastes! We will definitely go back. On the expensive side but you definitely get what you pay for!!
My uncles family owned the restaurant when it was Capizanno's and I ate there for years, lots of good food and great memories❤️. I have been to Ella's a few times and although the menu has changed it did not disappoint
The food was excellent. The service could use some tweaking though. We were one of the two tables in the place and since we weren't spending as much money as the other table, which was buying bottles of wine by the case, we were all but ignored, and then when we asked for our check, the waitress seemed annoyed that we were even bothering her.
