I had an appointment today with Ella Park and I couldn’t have been happier. Carly was so helpful and supportive, I truly felt like she listened to what I did and didn’t want and helped me find something I totally didn’t expect to love. She kept me feeling confident and comfortable. I mainly chose Ella Park because of their large plus size selection since I haven’t had good luck elsewhere, and they totally exceeded my expectations. The suite layout was very private and accommodating. I’m so glad I chose Ella Park!

Lizzie was amazing! She was very patient and helped me narrow down what I did and didn’t like as it was my first time trying on wedding dresses. I was able to say yes to the dress today! Can’t wait to work with her later in picking out our bridesmaid dresses!

I would highly recommend this place. I haven’t been a customer but my new sister in law had a great experience. She ordered her dress from somewhere else and it was a disaster-everything was wrong. My sister in law and her mom were able to come in to Ella Park, be treated with respect, get a wonderful dress, and it was altered correctly in the short amount of time she had left before the wedding . Thank you Ella Park!

My consultant Lizzie was just absolutely amazing. She was so thorough, kind, attentive, and so much fun to work with! She helped me find the PERFECT dress. Ella Park Bridal definitely caters to their brides, and I’m blessed to be part of the Ella Park family! ♥️

I had a very small budget and was talking to several salons at a local expo as soon as I would mention my budget they either said they couldn't help me or found a way out of the conversation. At the Ella Park booth I started talking to Carly and when the budget question came up she asked more questions about what I was looking for and considering alternative options. I traveled around KY to go dress shopping before deciding to go here, when I got there it was an amazing appointment. I felt beyond listened to. I showed pictures of dresses I had liked in the past and aspects I wanted and everything like that was pulled for me to see. Elizabeth was completely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about her or the store.

These ladies were nothing short of professional and kind. I am a larger lady and very insecure about certain things. These girls made me feel confident and helped me to find my perfect dress. They also worked in one of bridesmaids who did not have an appointment. When I felt like I was not going to find "that dress" my consultant never got frustrated with me, she just kept looking. I am so glad I said yes to the dress at Ella Park Bridal. I could not have asked for better service.
