i went to EPB 2/18 as my first stop dress hunting and honestly didn’t expect to find my dress that day. Lizzie is my consultant and since that day she has gone above and beyond the call of duty and made this HUGE part of my planning literally the easiest part. She is absolutely fantastic, she asked all the right questions to be able to find my *perfect* dress.
I can not express my gratitude for Carly and Ella Park Bridal. I had a large group with me and not only did they accommodate us but made everyone feel welcome. Ella Park Bridal was the absolute best experience for any bride out there. My consultant Katie was very knowledgeable and helped me find my perfect dress and made the shopping experience very enjoyable and made me feel very comfortable. I will be recommending all my friends to Ella Park Bridal.
I would highly recommend this place. I haven’t been a customer but my new sister in law had a great experience. She ordered her dress from somewhere else and it was a disaster-everything was wrong. My sister in law and her mom were able to come in to Ella Park, be treated with respect, get a wonderful dress, and it was altered correctly in the short amount of time she had left before the wedding . These ladies were nothing short of professional and kind. I am a larger lady and very insecure about certain things. These girls made me feel confident and helped me to find my perfect dress. They also worked in one of bridesmaids who did not have an appointment. When I felt like I was not going to find "that dress" my consultant never got frustrated with me, she just kept looking. I am so glad I said yes to the dress at Ella Park Bridal. I could not have asked for better service.
