Went to Ella Park in November after a TERRIBLE experience at David’s Bridal. Katie was the absolute BEST! She was so tentative to my needs, she was there by the door to help me into every gown I tried on and helped me find the dress of my dreams! I would highly recommend her to anyone, she is deff worth more! Lol ❤️ My EP girls and so happy to be an EP bride this August!
I’m only giving them a one star because that’s the lowest review it will allow me to put. My best friend ordered her dress from Ella Park Bridal and they DIDNT order the dress when they said they would. She will be lucky to have her dress in time for her wedding and have it fit at that. We have called and spoke to the owner multiple times and they haven’t made it right. I wouldn’t recommend this dress store to anyone! They were super nice and had lots of personality. They helped my best friend find her dream dress and they seemed to really care. She thought she had found her dress elsewhere and she was just pulled in by their sweet attitudes. And it's reasonably priced. Honestly.
