The boutique is so cute but the front desk girl gave MEAN girl vibes. Very unwelcoming and you feel like you are interrupting their time to talk to eachother. There are so many boutiques in Utah, they definitely stand out…

I have been going to EB Hair and Bloom Boutique for almost 5 years. This place is awesome and Shae does an amazing job on cut, color and styling! My last appointment, I had hair extensions put on. I love, love, love them!! Shae’s work is top quality and fast!

Absolutely love Ella bloom and their bloom brush! It is the best brush I have ever had it gets through my knots so easily, it has metal bristles that exfoliate the scalp. Shae and Kourtney are the best and also do my hair perfectly exactly how I want it, they also are so fun and amazing. They use the best products ever that also smell so clean and good and leave my hair feeling so soft. They have the cutest boutique with the cutest in style clothing items. 10/10 recommend especially with Shae and Kourtney!!
