Listen to the other reviews and believe them when they tell you this is single handed the worst management company you'll ever deal with. I don't live on the properties but when i went to the office yesterday to apply. The worker at the office clearly was a slum word because the words that left her mouth were unbelievable. She said she has told renters go right ahead and find another place to live at 2k plus because they don't like having to wait for important repairs. I have a witness who was with me as well and this was in FEB 2024 so don't rent fron here unless your desperate.
Please avoid renting from this property management company if you can. Unfortunately we lived in the building on Erb Street for 10 years. The only reason we stayed for that long was because of rent control, which gave us the ability to save for a house. This company has absolutely no pride in their properties and no respect for the people living in their units. They have a apartment for rent but don't return email inquiries and apparently that's the only way they will take inquiries. Called about another and the lady was very very rude to me
I rented here years ago in 2018. Hey made it look pretty for the initial showing and after a month the issues started to show. Multiple species of ants infested the place, toilet broke and flooded the whole apartment, hole in the ceiling with water dripping out of it, silver fish, mold in the basement. Best part was that every time you called them the receptionist yelled at you that you had to contact them via email, and then they never responded to your emails so it was impossible to get them to fix an issue.
