300 Erb Street West I moved into this apartment and discovered cockroaches within the first few days of my tenancy. Listen to the other reviews and believe them when they tell you this is single handed the worst management company you'll ever deal with. Every complaint is 100% accurate especially the ones about the office lady, we argued with the company back and forth for almost a month after moving out based on the fact she sent us a invoice days after us giving our 60 days notice trying to charge us for hundreds in "cleaning fees and a list of things they expected us to have cleaned before we left, a charge for cleaning a carpet(we did... read more

I don't live on the properties but when i went to the office yesterday to apply. The worker at the office clearly was a slum word because the words that left her mouth were unbelievable. She said she has told renters go right ahead and find another place to live at 2k plus because they don't like having to wait for important repairs. I have a witness who was with me as well and this was in FEB 2024 so don't rent fron here unless your desperate.
