We had a one night stop over as a family on our way south. Wasn’t able to find ground transportation to the hotel. The manager on duty (Ariel) came and got us from the airport in her personal car and took us back to the airport the next morning. Amber who was on duty at the front desk was super welcoming and made our check in easy and smooth. Overall excellent service going the extra mile, literally.
The staff was so nice. The place was so clean. It was well appointed. I cannot speak more highly. We were there 08/06/2025. It started at check in and every staff member I interacted with were lovely. You can just tell they care. We are Marriot members and this is not always the case but in Elko, they give a damn.
Hot tub and a pool are very clean all day open it's great

This hotel was a good surprise Jem. The evening Front Desk lady name Trina was super nice and very helpful. It is a rocks throw to the beautiful Mormon temple. The breakfast was really really delicious. It was very well stocked. The sausage breakfast nuggets were so different. I’ve never seen those at a Marriott before I would highly recommend staying here. The indoor pool was clean.
