Shower leaves a ton of water on the floor & I asked the front desk at breakfast to get a possible room change & hear nothing green then till we're ready to leave for a family funeral of that possibility. In speaking to the front desk before we left they promised to change our room but we need to get back by 2:30-3pm. I called on the way back to the hotel to be sure the change was happening & that we might be a few minutes late bc of traffic . I was assured our room change was happening. This hotel is sublime. When I arrived I was greeted by tree and Jess, ran into the houseman Angel who welcomed me back, Virginia, crystal, Chantel, and Sara made my stay wonderful with the extra gifts in my room. When I came out to get a midnight snack Douglas, jarrid and Walter were training and they all greeted me and were so kind. In the morning I couldn’t figure out how to turn my shower on turns out it was an ADA ROOM with the maintence person Jason showed me how to work it. Great stopping spot on hwy 80. Exceptional breakfast as compared to all the other “free breakfasts” I’ve seen at hotels.
