RecommendedTook my two month old in today for a consult to have a liptie revised. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Howell made time in his schedule to make sure that we could get it all taken care of today. Her procedure was quick and well done and Dr. Howell himself even took the time to reach out to me later in the day to make sure that she was still doing well once we were home. I can never thank this staff enough.
Horrible experience with this office! So unprofessional! This office can’t bill things correctly which resulted in an insurance denial that cost me out of pocket for a procedure that had been preauthorized by insurance. I just made the mistake of trusting this office again. My weekend was scheduled and planned and my child missed school to have his wisdom teeth taken out and the doctor left town without bothering to give us notice.
