Mariah responded almost immediately and was extremely helpful. She was professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I asked for photos of the truck and she sent them within minutes of my request. The truck did not suit my needs but she quickly offered multiple alternatives to find me the right one. Mariah should be considered an asset to Elko Dodge and will hopefully be recognized by her employers as such. 10 out of 10 on any survey! Thanks again Mariah!!
I did get a response and not so thorough answers until a few emails and a call later. Then I found out they had accidentally posted the vehicle for $10,000 less than the actual price. That ended the conversation quickly and they were not going to honor that price, which was the reason for my interest in the first place.
