ER tire and auto has always been honest for us with our vehicle needs. They only tell us what needs to be fixed-- they really care about their customers.
I like Elk River tire and auto because they are convenient, easy to get an appointment usually in a few days they have fair prices and do a great job. Also I'm a disabled person and I've had to get air in my tires now and then and I show up and they do it for me right away at no charge which is a perk. I would recommend these guys to anyone
Elk River Tire for the last 2 years has done a great job servicing my pick up and rotating my tires. Fair pricing and curteous competent staff and service technicians. I highly recommend them to anyone within the Elk River, Otsego, Ramsey surrounding areas.
As a traveling nurse, my car is my office and how I get to people who need help. Woke up to a flat tire and Elk River Tire and Auto came to the rescue. Not only did they fit me in quickly, they had time to change my oil and gave my husband a ride home. I have always had great service here, and would never go anywhere else. I have had oil changes, frontend work, thermostat replacement and have even purchased tires from them. Never have had any issues, quotes are accurate and the service is top notch. Always done on time and are very pleasant to work with. Can't say enough good things about ER Tire and Auto. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an honest repair shop that won't steer you wrong.
