These "gentlemen" have always been there to take care of any car problems; i.e., power windows, tire repair. I sleep better just knowing my car is well maintained and serviced at this locally owned shop!
Coming through town from Ohio. Needed my tires rotated and oil changed. Just stopped in, made an appointment and was treated very well. Got great service and a price I was happy with. Crystal and Julia at the front desk were great and very helpful. Thanks ladies! I highly recommend this shop!
Initially came to ERT&A for the discounts, stayed for the incentives and service. Love the online MyGarage feature - I can see all of my vehicle maintenance history at a glance and know what maintenance I have coming up. The rewards program is fantastic and I'm excited to earn some stars and incentives! Comfortable waiting area and very friendly staff. Thank you for putting your customers first. I look forward to building a relationship with you when I stop in for my second oil change this week. :-)
Terry and Mike and their crew are excellent to work with - friendly, helpful and trustworthy. They do great work and we are grateful to have a great auto shop to bring our vehicles to.
