RecommendedI got my last oil change and tire rotation at Elk River Tire & Auto. They were polite, courteous and efficient. And I was able to take advantage of one to their great coupons for the service.
Super fast oil changes, dropped off my truck on Friday afternoon with no appointment and it was done same day. Picked up on Monday and dropped off my wife’s car for an oil change. They noticed sir bring wrong and brought be back to the shop to look and show me what’s going on. 100% transparent, not many shops like that. Would recommend.
I will no longer be taking my business to Elk River Tire & Auto. I had an appt scheduled for Wednesday. I show up at my scheduled appt time. After 15 min of waiting the receptionist informs me that it will be at least 2+ hours for my vehicle to be looked it. She then states that my vehicle is only being looked at for a diagnostic and that I will need to reschedule another date and time for me to leave my car for at least a full day. I have used Elk River Tire & Auto for many vehicles I have owned, they have always the work I have requested in a timely manner, I will continue to use them, that should say it.
You can trust these guys to diagnose and fix issues at a competitive rate.
Customer service is great and they a great job of getting you in and out on a reasonable time.
The staff is wonderful to work with, they are very professional! I love being able to leave my car there and know that the work that they say they will do is done to my satisfaction. I drive 200 miles to take my vehicles to Kerry and his staff - that's how good they are!
I've been with this place for a number of years now and they have ALWAYS treated me with respect and honesty... they do a fantastic job in a timely manner and at a very competitive price. I won't go anywhere else!
A couple months ago I got a chevy blazer and they fixed a cracked manifold for me same day. Did a great job and shes been running great ever since then!
