Adam was wonderful and willing to work with our price. Got the best used car deal that we could. Awesome experience
Good for offering the best price and finding the right car. I had told the salesman that I was going to write a check. He said that was OK... Got unexpected trouble where they wanted to do a credit check. I had frozen the Experian account... Got past that mess then they had no finance person available to do the paperwork. Spent a couple of hours more there than I should have. And I was an out-of-town buyer. So it killed a whole day.
The dealer reps that I dealt with (Bobby and Michelle) were both very polite and professional. I did not feel in any way that I was being pushed or intimidated. Although we did not agree on the price, I am very happy with the way I was treated.
They were on it but just 5 minutes late.
I have not been able to get down there (Elk Grove) for a variety of reasons but the sales staff have called me and been very attentive and easy to work with...
