This was our first time visiting this urgent care, and the experience was excellent. My sister called ahead since they close at 8:30pm, and the staff kindly told us if we could get my mom there before 7:30pm, she would be seen. We really appreciated that clear communication. When we arrived with my mom for her red eye, the staff were welcoming, kind, and friendly. She was seen right away, just as promised. Worst urgent care I've ever been to... the Dr was super arrogant and treated me as if I knew nothing. Never bringing my kids here ever again!
Came for a work related health pre screening. Was in and out. I left my document board in the office and as I was heading back in to retrieve it a staff was already coming my way with it. Very fast service. Only 2 people in wait room, it was a Monday around 1130. Came back for a followup TB review and physical. Waited around for a long while with no updates until seen.
My husband went in & unfortunately I couldnt go with him. I should have read reciews but it was the closest urgent care at the time. He had a fever of 104 & a painful medical reason. He told me the receptionist was awful & extremely rude. She was treating my husband like he was not welcomed. She talked down to him & made comments that were racist.
