Recommendedlocation is close to me, clean and organized facility, open on Sundays is a plus for maintenance, and all of the staff were on point and friendly.
Way too crowded. They are building a new facility to address this but currently, my stress level escalates at just the thought of taking my car for service. That being said, they do good work and the staff is courteous. Hoping the new facility opens soon.

RecommendedRuben was great to work with. Very fast, in and out in less than 3 hours and most of that was learning about the electronics of our new Tacoma. Pairing phones and playing with the stereo. Everyone was very nice and happy which is a nice surprise at a dealership. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to Elk Grove Toyota for my next car.
