Terrible customer service. I left a message for Chase the service manager to call me and I still have heard from him and that been over a month. When making my routine maintenance appointment I mentioned several other issues on my 6 month old 2019 Camry if which non were address. When requesting to speak to the manager and waiting 10 minute to be told he was at lunch hence the left message. The service representative greeted me with a “what’s up”
