RecommendedEvery thing other than dealing with someone like Mike Valdez and his manager. my car was taken in for estimate for insurance final estimate. once insurance said it was total and they will pay off, Mike wouldn't release my car and wanted to charge $70.00 a day for storage I told him no. He said I dint have to pay insurance will pay for it. i got there anyway. He wouldn't release the car until i called the tow truck I waited 4 hours when tow truck came car was locked with no key. Recommendedi had an appt which expedited the service. all services were completed, with a recommendation to replace an air filter. What I really liked was that the summary of services, measurements, eg tires, brakes. so I saw all the findings and only had to approve the new air filter. it was slick and well done. The service advisor was polite and helpful
