While everyone was really nice, and their waiting room is nice but not comfortable, service was really slow. For my 2nd toyota care appt I was quoted an hour and a half to 2 hours. and that is with an appointment. After 2 hours, I get in my car and the air filter, new in box, was sitting on my front seat. They forgot to install it. not sure who is in charge of their check list or the person who drove my car out of the service bay could not notice this. so it added even more time and I am now questioning what else they forgot... read more
